The Details:

Location: Suite 3, 1632 High Street, Glen Iris, VIC 3146.

Time: 10am-11.30 am 

Starting June 18th, 2019 and every fortnightly Tuesday until September 24th.

You'll an 8-Chapter workbook, a mindfulness app to download with a home practice framework and guidance, follow up video and article resources after each sessions. 

To register please fill in the intake form  prior to our first session.

I believe with the right skills, practices and support you can live with balance, insight and energy. I am passionate, warm and non-judgemental and balance street smart edge with a creative natural wonder and structured self-discipline.

I work with professionals across different industries including technology, health, law, design and education. I also work with entrepreneurs and start ups, athletes and artists and accustomed to working in agile as well as corporate environments and private practice.  


Drawing from an extraordinary 15 year career in coaching, 23 years on the mindfulness pathway I offer you evidence-based mindfulness techniques underpinned by Buddhist Psychology, Life and Career Coaching and Counselling Approaches. 


I'm a diploma certified Professional Coach with a specialty in career, health/wellness and business. I'm an accredited MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher, have done mindful leadership and self-compassion core skills training. I am currently doing a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching). I receive supervision for the counselling and mindfulness work I undertake.

My private practices are based in Hawthorn and the CBD Melbourne and I also offer sessions online. Contact me if you'd like to know more.
