The focus of wellness is to achieve balance in life, there are five dimensions to cover, mental, social, emotional, spiritual and physical and during coaching we develop strategic behaviours that optimise these areas positively. Martin Seligman, Positive Psychologists suggests the elements to well-being are PERMA Positive emotion, Engagement (signature strengths), Relationships (connected and loved), Meaning (altruism vs pleasure), Accomplishment (self discipline). These are all psychological constructs but it makes sense that when you set your wellness trajectory from the inside your behaviours will allign.


Diet and exercise also contribute and are the daily habits and practices that can be self generated from a space of mindful wellness.
