Todays instalment is all about Winter Self Care.
1. Mindful spaces are a great way to develop a healthy relationship with yourself and functional space within your home. A really comfy chair, cushions, books, art, candles, crystals, plants all add natural harmonious elements to your space and invite you into deep self caring on Sundays.
2. A fashion mag is the total girlie indulgence but who is so busy they don’t make time for this simple pleasure? I look at fashion mags as inspirational personal brand exercise. Take an hour out of your Sunday to flick through the glossy pages to get the scoop on what is in trend for the season, Vogue, Harpers Bizarre, Marie Claire and Vanity Fair are my top four picks, whats yours?
3. Ok so it is cold outside, if you’re in Melbourne it is bloody freezing but that should stop you enjoying the fresh outdoors! Rug up and get outside for some exercise. Take your yoga mat to the park, invite your friends for a catch up and get some gentle Sunday exercise and fresh air, Being in nature is good for your mind, body and soul.
