Certified Life Coach & Mindfulness Teacher

Marion is an experienced and certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher working with professionals and students. She is passionate about mindfulness, wellbeing and leadership. She empowers her clients to engage in authentic experiences and inspires their full potential. 

Marion studied at the Life Coaching Institute of Australia and holds a Life Coaching Diploma with a speciality in Health/Wellness and Business. She did meditation teacher training in 2009, attended the mindful leadership forum masterclass in 2016 and self-compassion training in 2017. Marion has done Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/Cognitive Therapy teacher training. Marion has an established practice in Hawthorn, Melbourne, is a mother of four and loves the beach.

Thank you for today. It was powerful and insightful for me. I feel uncomfortable showing my emotions, hence the reason why I tried to put a lid on it quickly, but the emotion was overwhelming me on this occasion. The subject matter was quite pertinent to me and I felt a wave of tingles all over my body, I knew at that moment I had just felt something very profound and it was liberating. I felt emotional because of how wound up I am, and the thought of lifting this weight, even for a brief moment was wonderful. Driving home I feel even more resolute to learn to accept, be in the moment and put an end to the things that hold me to ransom. But found other areas of my life were suffering from some neglect.
