The program combines skills coaching and practice that draws from evidence based Mindfulness and Meditation, Cognitive Behavioural Approach, Self-Compassion, Solution Focussed Approach, Strengths Coaching, Life Coaching, Positive Psychology (PERMA), Narrative Approach, Psychotherapy, creative mind/body/heart based approaches and NLP.
All Life Coaching Packages come with workbook, MP3 and follow up emails. We recommend the full 8 week program to develop a trusting relationship with your coach, build movement, establish a mindfulness practice and develop your growth mindset. Workplace and Youth Coaching is also available.
Choose from either a 1 X 60min session or 4 X 60min or an 8 X 60min package and we’ll email you an intake questionnaire and invitation to book an appointment at Hawthorn or via Skype.

Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher
Marion is passionate about mindfulness and empowering professionals through mindfulness based coaching in private practice and the workplace. For over 10 years she’s inspired her clients, with a warm and authentic style to coaching Marion provides a non-judgmental and creative space for clients to grow.
Marion is a certified coach with a speciality in Health/Wellness and Business. She did meditation teacher training in 2009, self-compassion core skills training in 2017. Marion has done Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/Cognitive Therapy teacher training and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching).
Marion is the founder of Melbourne Coach based in Hawthorn, Melbourne and also facilitates in workplaces across Australia. She is a mother of four and loves the beach.

“I found myself in a privileged position at work. I wanted to work to the best of my ability and keep up my motivation and level of functioning at work to ensure I performed well and continued to keep the door open into new opportunities at work. But found other areas of my life were suffering from some neglect. I was giving all my energy to work and not enough to me, being consumed with worry about my performance and that I was doing the best I could do.
Marion helped me to understand the things that are important to me and helped me to focus some attention on those things to get some balance back in my life. She also helped me to realise that my worry was wasted energy, and I soon realised that everything was always better than I thought it was going to be.
