The program involves skills coaching in evidence based Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Approach, Self-Compassion, Solution Focussed Approach, Strengths Coaching, Positive Psychology (PERMA), Narrative Approach, creative mind/body based approaches and NLP.
All Coaching Packages come with workbook, a free app and follow up emails. We recommend the full 8 week program to build momentum, develop a growth mindset and achieve your goals.

Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher
Marion is passionate about mindfulness, wellbeing and leadership; empowering professionals through coaching and mindfulness in private practice and the workplace. For over 10 years she’s inspired her clients to develop their career, relationships and wellbeing mindfully. With a warm, compassionate and authentic style to coaching Marion provides a non-judgmental and creative space for clients to grow.
Marion holds a Life Coaching Diploma with a speciality in Health/Wellness and Business. She did meditation teacher training in 2009, self-compassion core skills training in 2017. Marion has done Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/Cognitive Therapy teacher training and is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching).
Marion thrives off developing collaborative projects and transforming collective culture while equally enjoys the relationships she develops with her clients in coaching. Marion is the founder of Melbourne Coach based in Hawthorn, Melbourne and also facilitates in workplaces across Australia. She is a mother of four and loves the beach.

“I found myself in a privileged position at work. I wanted to work to the best of my ability and keep up my motivation and level of functioning at work to ensure I performed well and continued to keep the door open into new opportunities at work. But found other areas of my life were suffering from some neglect. I was giving all my energy to work and not enough to me, being consumed with worry about my performance and that I was doing the best I could do.
Marion helped me to understand the things that are important to me and helped me to focus some attention on those things to get some balance back in my life. She also helped me to realise that my worry was wasted energy, and I soon realised that everything was always better than I thought it was going to be.
