People in high performance or caregiving positions find it challenging to maintain life balance and are increasingly hard on themselves and driven toward constant excellence. Typically leaders are perfectionist and hold themselves to very high standards with a future focus. A good leader needs to manage their own personal and professional development as well as being able to empower others if they want to lead with personal power.
The leadership coaching program provides support, skills coaching and strategies to help leaders navigate their often complex lives with more simplicity. We enable leaders with mindfulness based coaching skills and positive psychology strategies to empower them and their people. Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher
Marion is an experienced and certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher working with professionals and students. She is passionate about wellbeing and leadership and empowering personal growth. She inspires her clients to develop their career, relationships and wellbeing authentically.
Marion studied at the Life Coaching Institute of Australia and holds a Life Coaching Diploma with a speciality in Health/Wellness and Business. She did meditation teacher training in 2009, attended the mindful leadership forum masterclass in 2016 and self-compassion training in 2017. Marion is currently enrolled at MTIA in the MBSR/CT teaching pathway. Marion has an established practice in Hawthorn, Melbourne, is a mother of four and loves the beach.

“I found myself in a privileged position at work. I wanted to work to the best of my ability and keep up my motivation and level of functioning at work to ensure I performed well and continued to keep the door open into new opportunities at work. But found other areas of my life were suffering from some neglect. I was giving all my energy to work and not enough to me, being consumed with worry about my performance and that I was doing the best I could do.
Marion helped me to understand the things that are important to me and helped me to focus some attention on those things to get some balance back in my life. She also helped me to realise that my worry was wasted energy, and I soon realised that everything was always better than I thought it was going to be.
