It’s the weekend and I have a special gift I want to share with you all. Moby the musician recently dropped a FREE album and it’s available online to download HERE. The album is designed for yoga, meditation, working with panic or improving sleep. I recommend you listen to it during your meditation practice and before bed!
Sleep deprivation is such an epidemic in modern life due to stress and recent research in Australia shows it is as prevalent obesity and alcoholism.
Mindfulness meditation is an antidote to sleeplessness and I guarantee if you practice you will sleep better too and with some lovely ambient music to guide you, you’ll be resting deep before you know it.
